In this spirit, the Global Leadership Summit (GLS) Next Gen is more than just an event—it is a movement designed to inspire, equip, and activate young leaders to step boldly into their calling
The GLS Next Gen
GLS Next Gen is a dynamic leadership experience that awakens students’ leadership, faith, and life journey. Through a combination of top-rated speakers, engaging group discussions, creative problem-solving, and fun leadership activities, young people are empowered to see themselves not just as students, but as forces for good in their communities.
Thousands of youth across South Africa have already been impacted by this program, discovering their strengths, building confidence, and learning practical life lessons that prepare them to lead in schools, universities, and beyond.

This year our WPM Somerset West branch in Cape Town will be sponsoring 5 learners to attend this event hosted by the Somerset West Baptist Church at Parel Vallei High School. We are so excited to be part of equipping the next generation. The future is waiting for their leadership.
