Another year is coming to an end and this time of the year we look back and think: ”Where has this year gone?”
Just before everyone goes their separate ways, or before loved ones arrive for the holidays. Just before the rush to by gifts or everyone starts preparing for the new year; 
I want to take a moment and say thank you to each one of the Scheme Executives for their hard work, tough decisions and dedication over the past year.
We value your commitment to your fellow owners and neighbours in making decisions that could have a lasting impact on the success of the Community Scheme that you are involved with.
We appreciate the time and effort spent in ensuring that the rules are adhered to, the finances are properly managed and that residents may feel safe and secure.
