Kindly note that every year around June, most Municipalities would send a notification of the approved utility increases for the ensuing year and then owners would see the respective increase in the next month’s billing.
Unfortunately, not every Municipality has a clear and concise tariff structure and as such owners would have to try and decipher the information to ascertain the exact increases for the year.
Thankfully, there are certain Municipalities (like the COJ) that would provide a simple pamphlet with the respective increases that provides a clear message.
We will do our very best to obtain absolute clarity on the approved tariff increases for all Municipalities and provide this information to our clients, in a clear format.
