Celebrating Our Growth and The Future

It is vital for any Company to grow in order to gain market share and to provide a positive return to shareholders.
There’s no denying that the past few years have really been tough with Operating Costs skyrocketing whilst management fees have remained constant for several years now.
The demand for value for money and the need for exceptional service have increasingly become the mantra from our clients and it is with these requirements in mind that Whitfields
have continued to grow our footprint throughout the country.
Whitfields now manage schemes from Bela-Bela to Bloubergstrand and just about every province in the Country, North West and the Eastern Cape included.
Our core business remains in Gauteng with schemes from the East of Pretoria (Tshwane) to the Vaal Dam – from Brakpan in the East to Krugersdorp in the West.
We have also increasingly expanded in the Western Cape with 2 offices in Somerset West (covering Strand, Gordons Bay, Stellenbosch & Somerset West) and
Century City (covering Cape Town City, Parklands to Parow, Houtbay to Muizenberg).
We have also focused on providing Developers with guidance, advice & recommendations in terms of Service Providers, Budgets, Rules and Insurance Brokers to ensure that schemes are properly managed from inception.
We will be adding almost 2000 units purely from new Developments in the 2024/2025 period with several phased developments coming on board which is quite an achievement in the current financial and high-interest rate climate.
We have expanded our service offerings by adding new packages from very basic to a complete full management service as Executive Managing Agents for more than 20 schemes all over the Country already.
We are immensely proud of how far we’ve come over the past 30 years and look forward to the next 30 of unprecedented growth and continued improvement and development of the services provided to our clients.
