Unique Scheme Documents
Residents, Owners and Scheme Executives may obtain all the relevant information (eg Rules, forms, plans, minutes, contracts etc.) pertaining to their own unique scheme.


On-line Dashboard
WPM would also provide detailed financial information which would be readily available via an on-line dashboard.
Bank statements, invoices, statement of financial position, income statements, ledgers and supporting information are accessible by a click of a button.
Accurate Data
We have an experienced and dedicated Accounts department who captures all financial data accurately in order to ensure that the information presented reflects a scheme’s financial performance, correctly.


True Reflection
Our Accounts department ensures the capturing of journals, meter readings (where required) payment of service providers, utilities and all other approved beneficiaries and will ensure that the scheme’s billing is accurate and a true reflection of the decisions made by the members and/or scheme executives.
AGMS
All the financial information is then sent to the scheme’s appointed auditors annually and promptly in order to ensure that the scheme’s Annual General Meeting is held well within the specified time-frames.
