Helping Those In Need
#Whitfieldscares
Whitfields endeavours to play its part in helping those less fortunate, by offering financial support to organizations who strive to make South Africa a better place for all who live here. It is an integral part of who we are as a company, and that also resonates deeply in our company culture, values, and ethos.
This month we feature CHOC – , which is a non-profit organisation that advocates for the health and well-being of children and teenagers diagnosed with cancer or life-threatening blood disorders and their families, and who aim to provide the best possible support to these children and their families.
“Flip Flop Day 2023 – Thank you South Africa for being Flip’n awesome!
While childhood cancer may not affect everyone, one thing is for certain – there are many brave little children or teenagers fighting daily against the disease. But they are never alone. These courageous soldiers will always have the support, love, and care from those around them, even if it is through a donation from a stranger whom they will never meet. We thank you South Africa and all of our partners for believing in CHOC and the work that we do. We look forward to making Flip Flop Day an even bigger success next year!”
For more information on this organization, why not visit their website at https://choc.org.za/ and if you are able to offer support in whatever way you can then contact Antonella Swanepoel – antonella.swanepoel@choc.org.za .
Whitfields highlights the various NGOs and the charitable organisations that we support in our monthly owner newsletters. By doing so we hope that you may also consider offering support if you can, so that together we can make a positive difference in the lives of those less fortunate than ourselves.
