Ethical Collections
It is often said that Levies are the life-blood of every Community Scheme and it is for this very reason that levy collections are taken very seriously at WPM.
The ratio of paying owners versus non-paying owners in the Community Scheme Industry as indicated at the last NAMA Conference was approximately 66% to 34%.
The ratio of paying owners versus non-paying owners in the WPM Managed Portfolio is approximately 92% to 8% reflecting the commitment of the Legal Collections Department.
Here at WPM we have a dedicated team of “Legal Eagles” which are in constant communication with defaulting owners, either by urging prompt payment or following the legal collection process to the letter.

Debt Collection Partners
WPM has also recently partnered with GD Collections, a Debt Collection Company, to follow the “soft collection” route before more vigorous action is taken by either applying for an Order from the Community Schemes Ombud Services or via a panel of Attorneys, that work closely with the Legal Collections Team.
Attorney Partners
WPM has long standing relationships with a panel of Attorneys. They have many years experience in working with levy collections and understand the WPM mandate. They follow an agreed costing schedule to ensure that debtors are not burdened with excessive legal fees.
Our Service Offerings
The Facilities package includes the Estate management function which is currently only offered in certain geographical areas.
The Executive package includes the option of an Executive Managing Agent function which fulfills the roles and responsibilities of the Scheme Executives.
The Comprehensive package includes all the services associated with the Basic package and adds to this management and secretarial services, attendance at the AGM, advice etc.
The Advisory package provides a consultation and advisory services to Community Schemes pertaining to legislative requirements, rules and engagement with the Community Schemes Ombud Services.
The Basic package provides all your accounting services and includes a website for the community scheme.
The Dynamic package includes all the services associated with the Comprehensive package and adds off-site maintenance assistance to our clients.
