Many years ago, we simply offered a very basic property management service with a service level agreement (SLA) that ended with a paragraph on page two.
With time however, our SLA expanded to define boundaries and we offered various different packages:
Bronze: where we provide assistance in Community Scheme Management, whether full-title, sectional title, residential, commercial, or mixed-use. We provide guidance pertaining to Community Scheme Ombuds Service (CSOS) matters, and to ensure compliance in terms of the relevant legislation.
Silver: a very basic accounting package which would include a website, sending levy statements and paying creditors and debtor management.
Gold: quite a step-up from Silver which would include all of the silver package services AND would add an AGM, CSC services, information storage, facilitation of the AGM, etc.
Platinum: another expansion from Gold which would also include off-site maintenance assistance (i.e., dispatching contractors and service providers to attend to on-site maintenance & repairs).
Platinum Plus: where we provide Estate Management Services by providing having on-site inspections, rule-enforcement, project management and various other on-site compliance-related services.
Eddie Lizzie and his team are at the forefront of providing an exceptional Estate Management service to many of our schemes in Gauteng, whilst Larry Levenberg is the Estate Management Champion for the Western Cape region.
We already boast an Estate Management client base of almost 50 schemes since the inception of the division in 2016 and also provide this service to schemes where we are not the managing agents!
Platinum Executive: where we provide Executive Management Services. The concept of an Executive Managing Agent (EMA) was introduced with the advent of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act in October 2016 where we essentially “wear the hat” of the Trustee. We are now the EMA for 20 schemes.
Owners put their faith and trust in us as a professional company to ensure that their biggest investments are protected. We are also the Executive Managing Agent for schemes where we are not the managing agent.
There are so many other services that we could offer our clients – to name our service offerings is becoming the hard part!
