In July every year, the WPM team would visit different charities in order to make a small difference in people’s lives.
The visits would generally be to charities or safe havens where time is spent with the less fortunate in our society.
Helping others in their time of need is truly a blessing as we really try our best to live out our motto here at WPM being : Where People Matter.
However, as a Company, we do not only want to make a difference once a year on Mandela day, but we also want to make a difference every day.
The WPM Vision statement (Our Why) is as follows:
To contribute to a thriving South Africa, building sustainable community schemes that provide happy and cherished places for people to live or work.
( the meaning of “cherished” is to: protect and care; hold dear; something that is important to you; to keep with care and affection)
This is easier said than done so, how will we achieve this?
The WPM Mission statement (Our How) :
•   We create a great environment that empowers our people to grow to their full potential, enabling them to achieve excellence.
•   We improve the lives of our clients, through knowledge and friendly interactions
•   We provide a quality product through innovative solutions.
WPM now offer Property Management Services to various schemes in 5 of the 9 provinces in South Africa and will soon manage schemes in Mpumalanga and the Free State where the aim is to also make a difference in the daily lives of our clients, service providers and any person who we have an interaction with.
Here at WPM, we want to make every day a Mandela day and in so doing improving the lives of not only our clients but for everyone in this beautiful country…
