We must however often rely on the expertise of qualified electricians, plumbers, technicians, attorneys, accountants, auditors & consultants that would be able to assist where required.

As an example, we recently were requested to provide guidance as the Executive Managing Agents where a Community scheme had to apply to set-aside the approval given by the Municipality for a multi-rise development that would’ve impacted severely on the living conditions of the residents and successfully challenged the decision in the relevant Court.

In this particular matter, we had to engage with Town-planners, Engineers, Attorneys and Consultants, as professionals in their areas to provide us with the required information in order to guide our clients appropriately.

There may be various situations where we simply did not have the required qualifications to provide an expert opinion but because we have a very good relationship with many Professionals, we are able to simply call on them for assistance when and where required.

There are sometimes intricate scenarios faced by our team members that would require the assistance of professionals in their specific areas of expertise to assist our clients and thereby would also transfer some of that knowledge to us and in so doing we would provide our clients with the required assistance.
