The Advisory package provides a consultation and advisory services to Community Schemes pertaining to legislative requirements, rules and engagement with the Community Schemes Ombud Services.
We are very au fait with different types of scheme governance and the variances and applications of each type of document for the different schemes.


We have a templates of scheme documentation that have been approved by the CSOS which could save the scheme (s) a great deal of time, money, and frustration.
We could and would be able to provide guidance and advice in terms of the enforcement of rules and even possible different avenues for conflict resolution.

Our Certifications

A NAMA Certificate refers to a form of recognition or membership issued by the National Association of Managing Agents (NAMA) in South Africa. NAMA serves as a central body for training, advocacy, and industry standards in the management of sectional title schemes, homeowners’ associations, and retirement villages.
